Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Pen My Papers, we strive to provide complete satisfaction with every order. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund or cancellation. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such requests.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided that work has not yet commenced. If work has already started, the refund amount will be prorated based on the work completed.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered work does not match the original requirements specified
  • The work contains significant plagiarism (proven by a plagiarism report)
  • The work is not delivered within the agreed deadline (unless force majeure applies)
  • The writer assigned is unable to complete the work

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Requesting revisions beyond the scope of the original order
  • Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback in a timely manner
  • Dissatisfaction with a grade when the work met the specified requirements
